Personalized Items

Custom or personalized products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order details.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order information and clear photos so we can review the issue and help make it right.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be made quickly. Once personalization or production has started, cancellation may not be possible.

Shipping

Shipping options, pickup options, taxes, and totals are shown during checkout. Delivery timing can vary based on product customization and carrier handling.
